Dr. Pasquale Montesano is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery. He attended medical school at New York Medical College and followed graduation with a medical internship at Westchester Medical Center General Surgery. He completed two residency programs: a General Surgery program at Metropolitan Hospital and a Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at St. Vincent Hospital & Medical Center. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Spine Surgery Society, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and The American College of Forensic Examiners, and completed a fellowship at Kansas University Medical Center Spinal Surgery.

In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Montesano serves as the Medical Consiglieri to the Royce Gracie Black Belt Network, and he’s a black belt in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu under the mentorship of his friend, UFC champion Royce Gracie.
